This Woman was THE most gifted dog handler I have ever met. This dog bit three other people, yet she could do anything with it. It's a pity she worked in an office, and not with animals routinely.

Miss Oreo. : She was inside a trailor. She was wearing a collar with tags. She had 5 bowls of food and water throughout the trailor. All was moldy and inedible. She was so frightened it took three of us to catch her.

The rabies tag on her collar was for a clinic that was destroyed, so her owner was never found.
